General Information:• Any purchase form me will come with the original quality file without a watermark. If the client wishes to repost it, I can give a watermarked version.
- Please credit if the original image is reused or reposted.• I am a student and put my priorities and studies first, please be patient and kind with me.• There is no definitive length of time a commission or custom may take, it varies often. HOWEVER, if there are any expectations of when the artwork needs to be done, please inform me.
- Flats are quick and easy (~Less than one week for a full body or less) and my rendered work takes more time and care (up to 3 weeks could be needed for a full body.)

Pricing:• I Price my art and adopts around the Vgen + PayPal fees. They total out to be a 7.89% tax plus .49 cents.• These cause my adopts and art to be a bit higher priced than I would like, but I’d rather not take the charge from the fees.• Please take this into consideration when looking at my prices. I struggle with the value of my art already and the fees make me question my prices more than I already do.

Payment:• I accept Payment through PayPal invoices, that will be billed to the client.• Payments will be paid in full or half beforehand.• If my methods of payment are not available for any reason, I may not feel comfortable accommodating other ways of pay.If you are a friend or mutual of mine, you do not need to be as formal with payment.

Process and Revisions:• The commission will begin after first consultation and the invoice has been paid.• I do not offer refunds after a considerable amount of time has been spent on the commission, e.g. if I am past my sketching/flats phase and onto lining and rendering.• I accept revisions, but they have to be within reason and not go back on the resources and references provided to me.

Adopt TOS:• Unless included in the price, If you decide to use it commercially, please credit me or ask for permission! Depending on the adopt I may add a fee.• I can do holds, but not for too long.• No GenAI or fed into AI• May change the clothes slightly and give alternate outfits.• May change body shape, size and skin tone.• If I find my work was used in way against my tos, I will keep the adopt and resell it.• I watermark my designs and that can be changed to your watermark as long as I am still credited as designer.• If your characters aren’t public, let me know, I don’t mind but I like to be informed of any issues with crediting. You do not have to authorize me unless you wish to.• I cannot refund but you can resell for no more than how much it was bought for, unless commissioned art has been created for them.• Can also retrade and regift.

Client Agreement:By commissioning me, the client agrees to my Terms of Service and the many topics it discusses.In the case of my TOS being broken, I will block and never work with the client again, regardless if the work was completed or not. If I suspect an alternate account is being used, I will not answer.All I ask if the artist and art is respected throughout the process.If the client wishes to hire me for any freelance work, I will be alright with discussing that.
